I had a very lovely experience with ombretta. Before the procedure, She took her time to explain what to expect- during the procedure also, she explained every step. She made it as comfortable for me as possible cause it was my first time getting a facial done. She didn’t rush through it, she took her time and was very detailed. She recommended after care tips also. I’d definitely be there for another in a few weeks.

Ombretta was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated.
I have quite sensitive skin, so I’m always a bit careful with treatments, but she was very knowledgeable and made sure everything suited my skin properly.
Would definitely recommend to anyone with sensitive skin looking for a clinic and regular facials.
